1. For every $1.00 you spend placing orders through our on-line order entry/tracking system, you will earn 1 Reward Point. Accumulate 2,500 Reward Points and earn a $25.00 cash back!
2. Earn 1,000 Reward Points for every NEW BUSINESS that you refer to Benco Delivery Service Inc. The referred customer must accumulate 1,000 points at www.bencods.com before the points are issued.
3. In particular, we will not be liable for consequential loss or any other loss or damage not directly and naturally resulting from the failure including damages, which may flow from any circumstances.
4. In any event, we will not be responsible for losses or costs caused by any third party including any resulting from mechanical or systems failure affecting third parties.
5. The name of Benco Delivery Service Partners participating in the Benco Rewards Program is subject to change and may be amended without prior notice to you.
6. Benco reserves the right to change the format or elements of the Benco Rewards Program.
7. Benco reserves the right to end the Benco Rewards Program at any time with or without notice.
8. Benco Rewards Points have no cash value and may be redeemed only in accordance with the current program rules.
9. Rewards Points may not be transferred to another User within the same account.
10. Rewards Points may not be transferred to another Benco Rewards account.
11. Benco Delivery Service Inc cannot accept any responsibility should any Benco Rewards Partner refuse to provide credits upon conversion of Benco Rewards Points in accordance with any previously published schedule of conversion provided by Benco.
12. You authorize Benco Delivery Service Inc to provide to, and receive from, any Bneco Rewards Partner any information relating to you which it is desirable or necessary for Benco or the Benco Rewards Partner (as the case may be) to disclose to the other in order to ensure the full and effective operation of Benco Rewards and any associated Benco Rewards Partner Program.
13. Benco Delivery Service Inc will not be liable for any dispute concerning goods or services received from any Benco Rewards Partner. Any such dispute should be directly resolved between the Account Holder and the related Benco Rewards Partner.
14. Benco Rewards Points cannot be redeemed for cash or credits to your Benco account.
15. Benco may not be responsible for lost or stolen cash back.
